In Nowaday We all are Listening too Much that this Custom Rom is Good, this has that Feature or Something more so I am Gonna Explain You. Let's Read and Understand What's this All About.
So As You want to Know that What is a Rom. Let's Desribe Each and Every Points that You Need to Know & Also the Famous Roms & the Precaution, Disadvantage about the Roms. I mean to Say the Full Guide About a Rom. So Start with the Point.
WHAT IS ROM ?
In Schools We all Learn & Study that Rom = Read Only Memory that is Still the Same but In Android Device the meaning of Rom is Change. So What is the Meaning of Rom in Android! So We can Say it in Simple Way Rom is a Operating System of Any Android in which a Complete mobile Works in which System Ui, Looks, layout, Options, Tweaks, Functions Depends On. Well! Hope You Understand What is Rom. then You have to Know How Many Type of Rom there is Being Exist.
TYPES OF ROMSTOCK ROM - Stock Rom is a Rom which Made by the Official Developer of an Android Device Like If You Buy a Lenove Phone then You will Get Vibe UI which is Developed by the Official Lenovo Developers and that Rom is Stock Rom Because Its the First operating System Provided by Lenovo Developer. Like that If You Buy Mi Phones they have MIUI Roms which is Developed by MI Developers Officially You Can't Change Any Function of that Rom because It has Limitation It is Non-Rooted and It has Some Preloaded Feature that Only Mi Developers Provide that is Stock Rom which is Preloaded on Your Android.
CUSTOM ROM - Custom Rom is also a Rom but Its Made by Some of Android Geeks not Fixed Who Customize or Port It. Generally the First Question Occurs in Everyone Mind that How a Custom Rom Made then there is the Answer Custom Rom is Developed by Any of the Person in whole World Who Know Some Coding, Command or a PC. Custom Rom has Many Feature Like Pre-Rooted, Multi-tasking , Navigation Bar Customization, Font Customization. that Features Include by Modification of a Stock Rom Like If Anybody have to Reduce the Dpi they will First Download the Stock rom of any Android and they Decompile it and Then they Edit Build.prop , Lib Files, or Whatever they want to Edit Simply they do Experiment with their Android because they well Knows What to Do that their Mobile Don't be Damage but Normal Geek Developer also Fails and Traps on Bootloop & Softbrick. But they Implement Some Extra Feature So Hats Off to Them. But Its Illegal to Customize the Stock rom because if You Don anything with Your Rom then Warranty will Void but Its not matter when You know How Fix a Problem Even I use a Custom Rom.
HOW DO ANYBODY MADE THEIR OWN CUSTOM ROMS
To Make a Custom Rom is Not that Easy You have a Knowledge of Coding, Command like You have to know that What Command You have to Implement on Stock Rom to Make it Multi-tasking, or You Should have a PC to do all the Task so If You Edit a Stock Rom then You Can Give Your name to that Rom if You Edit too Much that the Look and Feature of Stock is Gone and Your One Look is Succesfully Hide the Previous Rom then You Can Call that Rom as You want You can Say You as a Developer Now "a Customization Developer" or "a Geek" Or If You Copy the System Files, Lib File, Meta-inf, Build.prop I mean if You take Other Rom and Mix with Your Stock Rom then You can't give Your Name to That Rom. Suppose Mi has a Rom named MIUI 7 It Support only Xiomi Phone but if You Know porting You Can Download the MIUI 7 official Rom and Do merged with Your Android Stock rom and then MIUI is Little Bit Supported to You Many Time Some Problem remain in Your Android Like GPS Issue, Sim 1 not Enabling, Can't Connect to Camera they Known as Bugs of Your Android so In Porting You have to Fix Bugs and Copy Official Rom to Stock Rom.
HOW TO FLASH A ROM
- What You have to Do in Beginning is Root Your Device with Any Application Like Kingroot, iRoot Etc. They are One Click Rooting App Which Do Your Phone Root in One Click. So Download, Install and Do Your Phone Root. "Kingroot Need Net to Root Your Phone."
- Install any Recovery on Your Android Device Like "Phillz Recovery", "TWRP Recovery" or "Cwm Recovery" with the Help of Flashify / Mobile Uncle Tool
- Just Flash that Recovery Files First - If You can't Find Recovery Just Google it Like "Mobile Name_Custom Recovery" and Thats It You will See Many Blogs Download from any of them.
- If You Want to Go to Your Recovery - Just Download Quick Boot by Clicking Here
- then All Done to Flash a Custom Rom on Your Android Device.
- Now Download Any Of the Custom Rom by Searching Google "DeviceName_Custom Rom" It will be Approx Between 300 - 800 Mb. Download them for Your Device.
- Go to Recovery choose Flash Zip File > Choose the Rom Zip File > and Flash It.
- It will Take May be 10 Min and It will Goes on the Recovery Mode then It Start Doing the Process.
- Must Sure that the Rom is For Your Device.
